Ongoing: adding registrations and other records to individual census entries.

Goals:
1. To identify and correct mistakes in the transcription.
2. To identify mis-information. The census data stays as originally entered but new information will be added to the 'Remarks' section.
3. Add maiden names to the remarks section for married women.
4. Identify strays.
